Description: The new DINZ building (building 27) extends in an east/west direction to the south of buildings 19 and 25. The total construction costs amounted to approx. € 87.0 million, of which the technical part was approx. € 29.6 million. The entire complex of the DINZ with a target number of beds of 411 places was planned barrier-free or adapted in the old building. Within the new DINZ building project, the neighboring building 19 was converted and refurbished.
