Within the shareholders' resolution, the majority shares of decon GmbH were transferred to the Akra family in May of this year. Thus, decon GmbH is now an owner-managed company in the second generation. Since March 2018, Ghassan Akra has been managing director and responsible for the commercial area.
With the majority acquisition, decon GmbH ensures guaranteed competence also in the next 30 years and thus consolidates the future of the company.
