New construction of the Königshöfe at Palaisplatz
For CG Gruppe AG, the further planning for the project "New construction of the Königshöfe at Palaisplatz" in Dresden is carried out according to the BIM methodology starting with the LPH 3.
In cooperative collaboration with architects and structural engineers, the planning is executed as an openBIM project in open model-based data exchange. The architectural model in ArchiCAD is referenced by decon via IFC and the planning of the technical building services is carried out in Revit. The quality/collision checks are done by Solibri Model Checker and the project communication is done by BCF. The planned new construction of the elegant residential ensemble with 9 residential buildings and approx. 200 residential units covers a GFA of approx. 33,000 sqm.
