decon supports the Free State of Saxony in fault management for state-owned properties
Since 01.01.2019, decon has been providing engineering support for fault management and providing other selected engineering services for technical facility management in the properties within the area of responsibility of the Dresden II branch of the SIB. In doing so, the incoming malfunctions are technically checked and assessed, the causes of the malfunctions are determined and, in cooperation with the SIB and the contracted companies, suitable measures for the elimination of malfunctions are initiated and monitored until the final acceptance/release and invoice verification.
